August was a busy month. I was away from home for all but five days of it, and within that time I married my best friend and the man I love. He's continually reminded me that God's Canvas is about doing something I am passionate about: taking photos. It's about seeing beauty in the world, and sharing that beauty with others. What it's not is a chore, or something that has to be done. For these reasons, I'm selecting a single image for August, rather than scrambling to find 30 additional photographs. It's one of my favorites, taken during our honeymoon. I hope you enjoy it. Thank you for visiting ... and special thanks to those of you who encourage me to keep taking photos and sharing them.
